Got the call today, I have title and my mortgage. Good thing too, because today was my mental deadline before I sent them another email about “WTF is taking your lawyer so long?!?!”. I got a sweet update on my interest rate to 4.49% as well. Hopefully have the money by the end of the week and pay off all the massive debt I accumulated waiting for title…

It is time to have a good party and celebration about the title etc. A peice of good pizza is better than a $200. meal for sure. Great news for you!! Will you be watching the football game on Sunday in the comforts of your own home? Got a Kat yet?
