Loft: Exciting Walk Through!
Had my walk-through today. Here’s what they have to complete by the end of the week or I’m pooched.
- Door and Weatherstripping
- Outlet/Lightswitch/Cat5/Coax covers
- Vent Covers
- Door handles
- Caulk the wall base
- Bolt the stairwell down
- Fan/furnace cover
- Find the missing half of my pedestal sink and install it
- Find the skirt for my jet tub
- Finish the laundry vents and hookups
- Caulk the windows
- Replace damaged window panes
- Install windows screens and opening hardware
- Install Thermostat
When I got there this morning they had “JUST” started paining the unit. Since the last time I was there, they installed place holder light fixtures, the stairs and railing and finished installed the bathroom downstairs and up (sans the pedestal since of course). Can’t say I’m surprised so little was done since I last saw the place.
