Loft: Sad
The bad news is two-fold: the inspectors require the entire buildings mechanical system to be completed with all systems fully operational everywhere prior to occupancy permits being granted. The second blow we’ve had is the mechanical trade has indicated that they cannot possibly have this all complete prior to July; they just do not have enough man power.
Does it seems odd to you that the period of time noted here is also the period of time it would take for ISC land titles to go through? I think not.
