Good morning. I'm most definatly sure that I am sick now. I'm already feeling better since I had a mega dose of enhinacea. I'll continue my drug habits until I don't feel like crap. I was viewing my seti@home stats today. I'm mighty close to the 1000 mark. I think around 2000 or so your one if 10 who have that rank. I should be able to get that in 3 months.

My new camera is amazing. Most of the chumps a Ally's party last night thought it was cool. Now that the show it off phase is done, I'll have to start regretting buying it. Of course I'm gonna make some mad cash with the camera, which will hopefully cover most of the costs of buying it and the accesories.

Auri kinda, sorta, set me up with some job designing/building a website last night. I'm not too sure on the requirements, but I hope they have nothing to do with graphics. If they do I'll probably pass the graphics stuff to my friend Nathan or Jen.

As a note to people who run the 2.5.* ot 2.6.* linux kernel… you get a kernel panic if you have a raidtab with something in it and no media. I'm positive its not supposted to do that…

Hmmm… so I've been somewhat reckless in my money spending this week. I went to costco and spend $350 or so… then I bought a $350 sub… and a $1200 camcorder… I did get some sweet deal on them… but its still money… god damn. I knew I'd end up buying a camcorder cuz I was researching the best one to buy for the last two weeks. Yup, next time I start doing that I have to stop myself before its too late. The sub is amazingly good… considering it makes it appear as if the room is moving for some of the more deep bass songs I was playing last night. I also watching “Wind Talkers” which was kinda cool with the new sub. Something almost zen like when the music vibrates your entire body. As for the camcorder, its works great under windows as a webcam… once I can afford the firewire cable I'll hook it up to my linux box and see what magic I can do.

I spent 2 hours updating my accounts in MS Money last night. Thats what I get for neglecting to do it for more than a month. I think something is fudged in its balance predictor/buget stuff… cuz it stays I'll be 14,000 in debt at the end of teh year? I need to find an open source program that can do was ms money can do… but not make me wonder if its fucking everything up… grr. Oh, and I paid all my bills last night… ended up paying too many bills. Now my SGI auto widthdraw will either bounce or going to overdraft. Oh well, I was gonna move it to my Presidents Choice Financial Account anyways.

Wee… I got paid yesterday and decided to spend half of the money I have at costco to buy those things I need in life… like… a 160GB hard drive… and a new winter jacket… and food… and… soft leather cow hide gloves… mmm… gloves… Right, so anyways. Today was good actually. I wasn't to crazy about working, but it was oky. We apparently hired a new guy at work. John kinda suprised us with it… I've decided to start another blog dedicated to the technical idea's in my life… While I don't post them here… I think having a seperate blog for it will encourage me to write useful stuff.
